Executive Order : Advertisement Methodology for IPTA Programs

Preamble:

In recognition of the growing international presence of the International Physical Therapy Academy (IPTA) and in alignment with global standards of transparency, credibility, and institutional branding, hereby issuing the advertisement and promotional methodology of IPTA training and certification programs.

Article (1): Institutional Branding:

All program advertisements, announcements, and promotional materials shall continue to emphasize IPTA as the certifying authority and the global standard of excellence.

The IPTA name and logo must remain the primary identifiers in all marketing content.

Adherence to the reasonable marketing policy is strict.

Article (2): Tutor Recognition:

Accredited IPTA tutors delivering programs shall be included in advertisements.

Tutors shall be introduced as “IPTA Accredited Faculty” or “IPTA Approved Tutor”, with relevant academic and professional credentials.

The tutor’s role shall be presented as an extension of IPTA’s academic and clinical excellence, not as a replacement of the institutional brand.

Article (3): Standardized Format:

All program advertisements shall follow the standard IPTA template which will include:

Program title and certification level.

IPTA accreditation statement.

Tutor profile (name, qualifications, IPTA accreditation).

Program details (duration, location, certification outcome,credit hours).

No advertisement shall be released without prior review by the IPTA Media Office to ensure compliance with this order.

Article (4): Global Consistency:

This methodology shall apply to all IPTA branches, appointed offices, and partner institutions worldwide.

Translations (e.g., Arabic, French, Spanish) shall preserve the same institutional emphasis and standardized format.

Article (5): Implementation & Enforcement:

The Media Office of IPTA shall oversee the full implementation of this methodology.

Appointed Offices are required to adopt the new format immediately of issuance of this Executive Order.

Any violation or deviation shall be subject to review by the IPTA Executive Board.
