1. Introduction: The Appeals Policy of the International Physical Therapy Academy (IPTA) outlines the process and guidelines for individuals to seek a reconsideration or review of decisions made by IPTA regarding membership, certification, accreditation, or any other relevant matters. 2. Scope: This policy applies to all individuals associated with IPTA, including members, learners, applicants, and stakeholders who wish to appeal decisions made by IPTA.
3. Grounds for Appeal: Appeals can be made on the following grounds:
A- Procedural errors: Allegations of errors or irregularities in the decision-making process.
B- Misinterpretation: Claims that the decision was based on a misinterpretation of the rules, policies, or criteria.
