How to Get Your IPTA Certificate

At IPTA, certificates are issued through the Student Area based on the completion requirements of each program.

There are two common certificate pathways:

Some programs allow you to receive your certificate after completing all learning materials.

To complete the course:

1. Log in to your Student Area.

2. Open your enrolled course.

3. Complete all lessons, whether they are text-based lectures or video lessons.

4. Click the small checkbox beside each lesson title to mark it as completed.

5. A small notification will appear confirming that the lesson has been marked as complete.

6. Repeat this step for all lessons.

After completing all lessons, return to your Dashboard. Beside the program name, you will see a progress bar showing your course completion percentage.

Once the course reaches 100% completion, the certificate download button will appear.

Some programs require passing a final exam before the certificate becomes available.

After completing the exam:

1. Return to your Dashboard.

2. Scroll down to the My Exams section.

3. Find the exam box related to your program.

4. Use the horizontal scroll bar and scroll to the right.

You may see one of the following options:

• A small black button to download the certificate directly, or

• A Request Certificate button.

If you see Request Certificate, click it. A notification will appear confirming that your certificate request has been submitted successfully.

Your request will then be reviewed. Once approved, you will receive an email confirming that your certificate has been issued.

After receiving the confirmation email:

1. Log in again to your Student Area.

2. You can either:

   • Go back to the same section where you requested the certificate and download it from there, or

   • Use the left-side menu and click My Certificates.

3. You will find all your issued certificates listed there.

4. Click Download to save your certificate.

You can access and download your certificate at any time, from any device, through your Student Area.

If you face any issue while downloading the certificate, or if the download fails, please try using a different internet browser.
