How to Register for IDNB Membership After Completing an IPTA Dry Needling Program
The International Physical Therapy Academy (IPTA) is an approved training provider for Dry Needling programs under the International Board of Dry Needling (IDNB).
Because IPTA programs follow the required standards for training delivery, tutor qualifications, educational content, and assessment methods, graduates of IPTA Dry Needling programs are eligible to apply for IDNB membership and to be listed in the International Directory of Certified Dry Needling Practitioners / Members.
Before You Start
Please make sure you have already received or downloaded your IPTA Dry Needling certificate.
You will need the certificate details during the IDNB membership application.
Registration Steps

Visit the official IDNB website.

Click Join the Board Now.

Complete the membership application form.
Important Form Instructions Basic Qualification Details
This section refers to your academic qualification.
When entering your educational institution, you may find your university or educational institution listed. If it is not listed, click Add Institution and enter your institution details manually.
Dry Needling Qualification Details
In this section, complete the following:

Institution Type: Select International Physical Therapy Academy (IPTA).

Country: Select the country where you attended the training.

Program Duration: Enter the duration stated on your certificate.

Certificate Number: Enter the certificate number shown on your IPTA certificate.

IPTN Membership No.: Leave this field empty if you do not have an IPTN membership.

Program Title: Enter the program title exactly as shown on your IPTA certificate.
Additional Information
In the Experience Summary field, you may add any relevant clinical or professional experience.
This field is optional.
Profile Photo
You may upload a personal photo during registration. This photo is optional and can also be added later.
If uploaded, it may appear in your membership profile and in the international directory.
Account Setup
Create your account password, review the terms and conditions, then tick the agreement box.
After that, click Submit Application.
If the application is completed correctly, you will be redirected to a success page confirming that your registration has been submitted.
Selecting Your Membership Plan ( without this step your application will NOT be processed )
After successful registration, you will be asked to select a membership plan.
Click Choose Plan.
You will be redirected to the login page. Log in using the same email and password you used during registration.
You will then see three membership options.
Select:
IPTA Programs Membership – 1 Year Free
Then click Submit Request.
After Submission
Your application will be reviewed by the IDNB team.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
After receiving the confirmation, log in to your IDNB member area. From the left-side menu, click My Certificate to download your membership certificate.
You may also review and update other sections of your membership profile at any time.
